Membership of Willoughby House Group is open to all long leaseholders or tenants of Willoughby House. However, we welcome all residents to our meetings, regardless of their membership status.
Annual membership is currently free of charge. If you are an existing member, we will renew your membership automatically in April, unless you tell us you do not wish to renew. If you move away from Willoughby House, your membership will automatically expire.
All members are free to resign from the group at any time by writing to the secretary, stating their name and flat number.
Membership is by flat, therefore at meetings where voting occurs (e.g. at the AGM) only one vote from each flat is permitted.
We communicate by members via the noticeboards in the Podum-level lobbies, and on important matters, by letters delivered to each flat. If you are non-resident, you can keep in touch by checking this website, which we keep up-to-date.
